Phases
The project has a duration of 27 months (October 2008 - December 2010) with the following phases:
October 2008 – March 2009: status analysis
March – July 2009: introduction into qualification and consulting concept of sustainable management in craft (train the trainer courses)
July – December 2009: basic courses sustainability und self check craft (pilot testing)
July 2009 - June 2010: qualification modules (pilot testing)
December 2008 - December 2010: dissemination and utilisation of results
